▪ We will send you a message with our email for you to send the artwork to us, Please do not send us images through the Etsy messaging system for large banner prints as Etsy messaging system down-scales images.
▪ Email us your print ready artwork or message us what you’d like printing on the MUG.
▪ Upon receipt of your artwork, we will let you know if there is a problem (PLEASE NOTE if your artwork is NOT to scale we will re-size your artwork to the size purchased regardless of the original size sent to us, irrespective of the artwork quality supplied.)

For all print ready artwork we will print straight away, issues with the artwork delay dispatch times, so please do make sure your artwork is to the correct size before sending it to us as we will not provide a proof for any artwork received.
